"Add to cart" changed to popup enquiry form

Can the “Add to cart” button be changed to a popup enquiry form? We are working a B2B website, and the customers will have to click the “add to cart” (enquiry) to fill in a popup enquiry form?

Sorry, but our theme doesn’t have such feature. You may need to perform some additional customization to achieve this or find some relevant plugin. We will consider adding this option in our future updates.
