    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We see that a markup for cart and checkout pages are broken. Please, check these pages in admin panel -> Pages and check if there are some additional code added. There should be presented only shortcodes for pages.

    Also, as we can see you have second (or maybe even more) website created with Basel. Are you able to provide a list of purchase codes so we could verify your licenses?

    Hi,

    Try to switch to “Text” tab in the visual editor and see are there some extra tags or not.

    Also, you need to have one purchase code per domain. Please, provide us a full list of purchase codes and domains that use our theme.
