PRICE SORT

Hi –

When I sort products for instance low to high it does not work on all products. See photo attached. $10 items than a $145 item. I checked to see if there were price variations in the $145 item and there are not.

Any ideas?

Could you please attach a screenshot of the problem? And please check also how it works with a default WordPress theme to see if there is some problem with Basel.

i am not sure what you mean by the issue being with wordpress

We want to ask you to switch to default WordPress theme for a moment (Twentysixteen for example). And see how your products will be ordered then. Write us about the result.
