Products' categories not displaying correctly in shop

Hello, I have encountered an issue on my products’ categories that have subcategories inside (my website link in private). They work properly when I hit on them, that is, on top of the letters of the category. BUT, if I hit on the arrow on the right the subcategories don’t appear. AND EVEN WORSE, if I hit again on the same arrow the whole category disappears!!

How is that possible??? What’s the solution to it?? Please help!

Thank you. Please check that you have enabled “Hierarchy” for the Categories widget in Appearance -> Widgets

If it will not help, then send us your admin access please so we could check.

Okay… So I had ‘Show hierarchy’ checked but also ‘Only show children of current category’ and THAT was causing the problem. Issue solved! Thank you!
