Navigate to Products > Attribute and disable “Show attribute label on products” http://prntscr.com/mbhm4s you will remove the labels shown on the screenshot.

Then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Product > Inventoy > disable “Stock managment” http://prntscr.com/mbhn51
