Thank you for choosing our theme and contacting us.
Product images zoom feature will be implemented in our next update 3.0 that will be released in 5-8 days. We suggest you wait till the update to get this function.
As for variations, this functionality comes with WooCommerce and we are not able to change it. If you want, we can provide you with a code snippet to hide the second price on the page. Please, send us a link where we can see some product example.
