how to change the size option from drop down choice to button or link

Thanks for helping me in advance.
I want to make the size option with button or link like the demo website. however when i installed the demo as basic, it gives me drop down scroll to choose size. How to change drop down to button style?
My second issue is that the order of the option has been sorted, but you know, xs needs to be way up at the first. How to fix the order like stay there as i wanted in the order?

Please navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> Color -> Configure iterms, enable swatch as shown http://prntscr.com/jskm29
Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > choose pa_color (your color attribute) to show the colors available in the product grid on the shop page, and enable “Use images from product variations” if you want to show images instead of the colors.
Make sure each variation in a variable product has an image: http://prntscr.com/kk870w
