How can i disable the up arrow on my site?? see screenshot.

    I have one more question:
There is a plugin called meow apps in my dashboard. I want to know, did it come with your theme’s plugin bundle. See screenshot.

If not, it must have been from the old theme as i had similar plugin installed with the previous theme, in that case, i would remove that.

    Hello,

Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer > disable to top button.

The plugin you show does not relate to our theme.

    Best Regards

    Thank you for your message.

It says, “it creates the image files required by the High-DPI and it displays them to your visitors accordingly. Your website will look beautiful and crisp on every device!”

Look at my site, do you think i will have same output without this plugin? If so, i can remove it.

    Hello,

This plugin does not make the theme view better or worse. It concerns images only and you would better know if you need it or not.

Will do. Once i resolved an issue.

Right now, i am facing 503 error on my site. Once resolved, will get back to you with the credentials.

BTW, does your theme have any compatibility issue with SGOptimizer by siteground?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks

    Yes, we may proceed.

I am facing this problem while updating any blogs and clicking on the preview. This is happening, while my 5 members team is working together. Then the CPU resource use skyrocket.

Let me know, if you need anything else.

    Thank you.

As per my conversation with my host, they are downngrading my account for smoother operation.

In the mean time, kindly do not make any changes with the site. Better, if you don’t login.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello,

According to host letters, all these files are not from our theme

You need to disable all external plugins and ask your hosting provider to check it again. Also, check how it works with default WordPress theme like twentysixteen. Currently, we don’t see any information that may tell us about something wrong with the theme.
