This occurs because you have set different format for cart in mobile and desktop view of the Header Builder.

Navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Check what format for shopping cart you have in the desktop http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

Switch to the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check the shopping cart there.
