Zengin DizaynParticipantHi,
When I click on “Lost Password” button to test my website, I face with default wordpress screen, not woodmart lost password page. I want to be shown customizable woodmart lost password page. I can’t see this page in all pages section which comes with the theme default? I even couldn’t find a topic in documentation.
How can I fix this?Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
To use the woodmart lost password page put this text “lost-password” in the Lost Password field from the Woocommerce >> Settings >> Advanced >> Account endpoints >> Lost password as in the below screenshot: https://screenshot.net/g24ddbe
After doing this when you click on lost password the below page will shown except of the default wordpress screen: https://screenshot.net/g3d4yfm
Best Regards.

Zengin DizaynParticipantHi,
Thanks for you reply. But it’s already set just what you said. Woocommerce >> Settings >> Advanced >> Account endpoints >> Lost password area is already filled as “lost-password”, but doesn’t work. You can see the settings on screenshot. So the issue continues…Thanks,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Check for security/anti-spam/CAPTCHA plugins that might be erroneously trying to protect the page, and try disabling them or altering the settings until the reset form is fixed. You can read more and all about it here: https://www.mail-mechanic.com/password-reset-fixes#reset-login-page
You can also get into a reset password loop (clicking reset link in email takes you to the form asking you to enter your email/username again instead of showing password reset form) if your host is caching the http://example.com/my-account/lost-password/ page.
Please read this thread as well: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26592043/woocommerce-reset-password-not-working
An even better explanation is here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-password-reset-issue-resolved/
Hope this helps.
Best Regards.
