You can change the default sorting of products from the Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog >> Default product sorting.

Also kindly share the page url of that product where you used the Arabic title for brand tab.

For the attribute labels kindly just undo that CSS code. Also my provided code did not change the labels direction from horizontal to vertical. It might be your custom CSS code which is responsible.

Also kindly provide your correct login details because your site access url is not working.
