Problem with cookie SameSite=None` and `Secure` and problemi with Revolution Sli

Problem with cookie SameSite=NoneandSecure

In my site https://www.annullamentomatrimonio.net/ in Google Chrome in Console I recived the errore: Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.
If I check the message recive the follow error
For this problem I can’t active Google adwords Campain.
Can you help me please?

PROBLEM WHIT REVOLUTION SLIDE
In google chrome I recive this error. Why?

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
