Single image not following set size in wpbakery

I’m adding a single image using wp bakery and I want this image to be it’s original size. Sounds easy enough…. I cannot get this to be full size at all, it seems to revert to medium.

I have no idea why it isn’t showing the full size, any ideas please?

Image is in a 4 column row and the column is too narrow for the image – so it’s resized!

Kindly deactivate your third party plugins and if you have any custom code to resize the images then remove it and then check back. Also you have CDN(CLOUDFLARE), you also have to flush the cache, or deactivate it for testing.
I have test a single image element using wp bakery page builder. The original size or dimension of image is “1920*1080”. I have test this image with multiple sizes and all of them works just fine. Even the full size displaying the original size of image.
