It seems that the plugin which you used is not compatible with our theme. We will try to consider it in next some updates to make this plugin compatible within the theme.

Which browser are you using for testing compare and wishlist. I checked the compare and wishlist of your site multiple times at my end and everything works just perfect. Could you please change your browser and then test it again. I am sure the issue did not occur on your other browser.
