fcsosyalParticipantHi, I use the theme woodmart on my website. My website is opening very slowly. I’ve removed all unnecessary plug-ins. I installed cache plugins. But I couldn’t find the solution.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family
:-)
.In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
As you already disable the some extra plugins and using cache plugins. It might be possible that due to your hosting server the page speed suffers.
Best Regards.

fcsosyalParticipantWhen I start the Litespeed cache plug-in, the slider disappears. What do I have to do about it? I want to use both. Your explanation is insufficient for me.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please try to replace your cache plugin with this one WP Super Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/.
Litespeed might not be compatible in our theme as we did not test this third party plugin in our theme yet. So, it might be a compatibility issue. Wp-Super cache is fully compatible in our theme. In case after using Wp-Super cache plugin, if your site slider still not shown then share your admin login credentials. I will check and help you out.
Best Regards.

fcsosyalParticipantI installed the Super cache plugin. You can see the Slider. But my site opens very slowly. Please help me on this please. It doesn’t open slowly when I use a different theme.
It’s just slowing down in the woodmart theme. My visitors are very uncomfortable with this.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Your slider is working fine now with Wp-Super cache plugin right?

About your site speed. I already describes you that there are so many reasons of slow site speed. When I test your site with gtmetrix, your site speed suffers a little bit due to images and some js files of your third party plugins.

Kindly deactivate your third party plugins and then check back your site speed with default plugins. You can also test your site GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
Best Regards.

fcsosyalParticipantI can’t solve these problems. Unfortunately, I couldn’t fix my site being slow. Some people say the woodmart theme is slow because their code is bad. Can you please help me with speed?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have test your site at “https://gtmetrix.com/” and your page speed score is 92% which is quite fast.
The theme is not slow, website performance suffers sometimes, due to content a website contains, or some third party plugins and also large not optimized images or other resources.
Best Regards.

fcsosyalParticipantI want to speed up my site by shrinking javascript codes. But when I do that, the slider disappears. I want to remove the slide between these shrink codes. What code should I write for slider in the Exclude section?
I wonder if I can tell you what’s wrong.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Shrinking JavaScript codes requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
If you just want to exclude the slider, or want to exclude some slides and include some others. Then simply edit your home page with Wp-Bakery then click on the pencil icon on Revolution Slider element to edit your current slider, it will take you to Slider Revolution settings. Select your slider “Fashion Color 1” and edit your slides.
