batistuta9ParticipantHi support.
First of all, absolutely stunning theme you developed. Its one of the best on the market. No doubt.
I have a few problems that i hoped you would help me with.
1. Product category headers
The problem is, i have 160 categories. I cant make custom banner headers for them all.
I need a way of setting a Global default product header.. And only for those individual categories where i uploaded a manual image, it will be different.Right now i have NO IDEA how to set a default cat banner. It just shows a complete random BAD image.. See: https://gyazo.com/41242ea7b829d5c969aa52c5d570ddd7
2. Page width changes based on navigation.
If i select custom width, and set 1200px. Then it works fine on ALL pages. But when i enter the product details page, width changes to 1170px.. That is very strange, and bugs out my menu+ overall design.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family
:-)
.1) The image in the Shop page Title is used as default when no image is added as the category page heading. To Change it you need to Edit Shop Page Page Title options.

It will be displayed on every category and product page by default.
2) I have tested your website by choosing different settings of the Page layout. It’s working absolutely fine on my end.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You are most welcome!!!.
I watched the video you attached. It seems that the width of the header is not set to full-width.
Please Go to WoorMart >> Header Builder >> Settings tab on the top left.

batistuta9Participantbut i dont want a header in full width.
i want my container to be 1220px as set in theme options as custom width.
this works perfectly on ALL pages, except when on product details page.. then it shrinks to 1170px and i dont know why

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, there is no option in Theme Settings to set custom width for product detail page.
You can set it to full width from Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Full Width Product Page.

OR
You can read our detailed documentation for further help :

batistuta9ParticipantHi Support.
I cannot believe this. Are you telling me, that i cannot have a frontpage and a product details page that have same width?
So unless i go FULL screen width, that sounds incredibly bad. Im not sure you actually understand this issue, your response with the full width suggestions is very strange.
Please look at the logo position in this video: https://gyazo.com/eed127563b9b0c92c1ca0a0a018de99c
When i click, logo moves to the right…
So in theme options you give me 5 fancy options for width.. But product page is not affected by this. Sorry, but that makes zero sense.February 20, 2020 at 11:46 am #174764
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have watched the video you attached. Unfortunately, the general layout doesn’t apply on the product details page. So you cannot set the width of the product details page as custom. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
Best Regards.
