The one click Demo import is not working

    Last week I was able to use this function and import new pages. This is what I get: “There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!”

    But – where can I find the files?

    The Base import and Additional pages import feature are removed from the menu. How can I get these functions back?

    Please make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in the Appearance > Install plugins. If you have done that and still have the problem, please provide your site admin access to the private area.
