I saw the screenshot you attached. Please Go to Woodmart >> Custom CSS >> Generate CSS file and save. Clear cache and check back.

I tried to login to your website but the credentials you provided with are not correct please provide with correct admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
