Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe
Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Find Categories element, remove it http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3
Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 you can disable category menu in Mobile menu element.

I saw the screenshot you attached. If you want to display the categories menu only on hover you need to edit the page scroll down and disable the option categories menu always open.

If you want to delete the categories menu from the header then you need to Go to Woodmart Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Delete Categories menu.
