1) You need to Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> And you need to use the categories menu module.

2) Loco translate plugin is not included in our theme. You need to download it and install it on your website.

If you still find any issue then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
