Brand Not Showing – PLease HELP

Hi,

I did what you suggested and I am trying to use the brand element, but as you can see, they are not there, visible wise, when I drag over where they should be you can that something is trying to be there, PLEASE HELP as we scrapped the WP one.

Disregard, the images are black though… and one or two is very small despite larger file?

Actually, also when you click on one, no products show up, what should I do?

Hello,

I have logged into your website and it seems that you haven’t added the brands element in the prefooter area under Theme Settings >> Footer >> Pre footer area.

Please add the brands module in the HTML Block and add it in the prefooter area then check back. The Brands will be visible on the website before the footer.

Then to make the brand attributes working on click you need to add the attribute brands for the product from the edit product.

I dont understand one bit, please help me on this. All I need to do is fix the brand logos on the single product pages please, took a long time to get this up and running, looks great on home page, but single product pages no good, please help, I dont know what you mean.

We do not fully understand this, if we get rid of it, then there are no footers at all. The dev did this so there is a footer on every page, please help us. I dont understand this.

I have fixed the issue on your website and now both the brands and the footer are visible. Please clear cache and check back.
