This is our policy to debug that we debug the issue with the theme plugins. And the layout issues may also be caused by any third party plugin conflict.

So Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear the cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.
