NoireParticipantHello,
We continue to experience abnormal behavior with the rows and page settings. I am trying to work on a new page and the settings automatically enable the side bar, this was not happening before my first complaint.
Also not there is no default spacing between the rows like before, everything is jumbled. Again, this was not like this before. Now when I am building a page I have to add a space element between each row which isn’t ideal.
Lastly, I really believe there is a problem with the default and stretch row feature. I have had the dimensions as full screen for months not and only recently is the default setting showing as full screen too. The default setting was showing the content centered.
I’m not sure what is going on anymore.
Please help.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1) You can disable the sidebar for the page from Edit Page and sidebar options.

2) Please try re-adding the rows and try adding the separate rows and then clear the cache and check back.
3) Please provide the URL of the page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Regard’s.

NoireParticipantHello,
1) I have done that. My problem is that the sidebar is activated by default, why is this happening now? This was not happening before. I have to disable it, then update that change (because it will not effect with the preview) and then proceed with editing.
2) I did this and the problem still remains.
3)This happens on all editable pages. A few weeks ago when I set the row to “default”, the content was centered. Now when I set to default, the content remains as “stretch row and content”.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1) The Sidebar works the same for all the pages when it is enabled from Theme Settings. You can disable it for all the pages from Theme Settings >> General Layout.

2 & 3) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, and check back.
If the problem continues then leave the third party plugins deactivated and tell me to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards.

NoireParticipantI cannot leave the plugins deactivated because the site is live with customers, this is not a test site.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry, but without deactivating the third party plugin we will not be able to find which plugin is causing the issue if its a third party plugin conflict. Because we troubleshoot issues with the theme plugins not with the third-party plugins.
So you have to deactivate all the third-party plugins for us to debug the issue for you.
Best Regards.

NoireParticipantI understand, but I do not know how long after the plugins are deactivated it will take you to check the problem. I think we are on different time zones.
Further to this I am not a developer so there is the risk something may go wrong when I am trying to do these things.
Can you please deactivate the plugins for me and check?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Thank you for understanding. Please take a complete backup of the website and download it to a safe place.
Then let me know after taking the complete backup, we will start the debug process.
Regard’s.

NoireParticipantHello,
The site is successfully backed up.
Can you please notify us if any of our plugins or codes are clashing with your theme performance?
We love the theme and really want it to work for our company without issue.

NoireParticipantSome of the templates are not working for us also

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have logged into your website and created a new page and added content to it and the wp-bakery rows and options are working fine on my end.
Please clear the cache and check back.
URL of the page: https://omniverce.com/13268-2/
And the stretch options are working fine as well.
It was not a third party plugin issue. The issue was you have set the option from the Theme Settings for the width to the content full width that’s why the row stretch options were not working. I have set to full width and the issue is fixed.
Best Regards.
