I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try reconfiguring the MailChimp account with it and make sure that the list exists in your MailChimp account. Then clear the cache and check back.
If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

It means that try to remove the MailChimp API and add it again then clear cache and check back.

I got reply from plugin’s support.
They told me that we must add mail list id in the form.
I suggest you to update your demos.
My id is 80b38532c2, thus i have added below code to forms page of plugin.

With our demo import, the form is a dummy and not working that’s why it’s not added the key in the form.
