Remove woodmart fonts

    Hi there,

    In gtmetrix I find out that woodmart fonts are blocking, so I get lower speed. How can I remove the fonts and also the coding. It is loading unnessary.

    Hello,

    This font is very light and doesn’t slow down your website a lot. It is required for our theme’s icons like cart, wishlist, compare, and others. There is no option to remove it completely. You can set different font-display property for icons font in Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Performance -> CSS.

    Thanks for your answer, but why is it that I het these files showed up in gtmetrix in the
    —-Serve resources from a consistent URL— part.

    https://MYURL.extension/wp-content/themes/theme/fonts/woodmart-font.woff?v=4.5.2
    https://MYURL.extension/wp-content/themes/theme/fonts/woodmart-font.woff?v=4.6.0

    !!!Note I changed in this example the website name to my MYURL.extension

    We don’t know why but you have two fonts loaded on your website. Probably, it is because of some custom CSS you added. Try to disable all extra plugins and remove your code customizations temporarily to find what is this problem caused by.
