SVG logo not displaying

    Hello,

    We tried to import a logo in .svg format but it seems not to appear in our Website. We downloaded the WP Plugin Safe SVG, and we allowed .svg to be accepted in WP. The image uploads well, it appears well on the Woodmart platform, as we can see here :

    But on the Home page, the image doesn’t appear :

    If you have any advice or trick to solve this it would be very appreciated 🙂

    Hello,

    You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
    Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

    Hi Elise,

    Thanks for your support… It seems quite complicated just to display a SVG file while it shows all others on the site… Is this something every users of Woodmard has to do ?

    Hello,

    Usually, SVG images that are created correctly are shown without any problems. Try to test any other SVG to detect the source of the problem.

    After testing it seems that it does the same with all our SVG files. Only PNG seems to go through…
    We have tried to re-upload the svg logo but it won’t take it.

    Yes, I have activated this option, but it still isn’t working on my website. Could you please check from your side? I have shared the login details in the private section.
