how to edit category page

this is my category when i click on it a page open eg:- when click on mobile cover a page open og mobile category( as shown in mage) but i dont know how to edit that page and i cannot find it in PAGES . help me out . i have downloaded demo.
when ever i add sub category why it appear in category tab?. i dont want to display sub category in category tab . please give answer of both question

The category page inherits the settings of the Shop page. You can configure the shop page in the Theme Settings > Shop page.

This is my main page which has categorys (image 1-ssss) when i click in one of the category eg;- mobile skin another page opens (image2-ppp) which has edit with elementor on its top when i click on edit with elementor nothing happens and also i cannot find this page (image2-ppp) in pages wordpress . so how to edit it (image2-ppp)? i want to make some changes in it.
