Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please provide the site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

As for the plugin update, recently WP Bakery has released a new version and we have not added it to the theme files yet. We shall add the update to the nearest theme release.

Meanwhile, you can upload the recent version of the plugins from this forum profile and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

1. Make the full backup of your site.

2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

4. Upload and install.
