Hello,

I have set in settings to show only 10 products per page, in the product category, but it doesn’t do show that number.
Same problem with activating the LOAD MORE products button. I activate it and it is not activated.

I have no cache.

Hello,

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

You have set 10 products per page in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product grid: https://prnt.sc/1110ax2

Your shop page shows 10 products: https://gyazo.com/19190fdf0a195ad1d726fb5333e7d40b

You need to change this number as per your needs.

Hello,

Please provide the page URL where you see this, I suspect that we are talking about different pages and you mean a custom page with the Product grid.

I don’t understand anything… same page and I see a different listing of products.

Its very strange.
I delete the cookies and its shown correctly, but after few minutes navigating through the store, I have the same problem…
