By default, our demo shows the Masonry grid. All the posts on our site have absolutely equal featured image size, the equal length of titles (the same number of lines) and the same height of the content. That is why all blocks are aligned on the same lave. Please try to do the same with your posts.

Alternatively, you can change the blog view in the Theme Settigns > Blog.
