the website take too much time to load with this theme (Error 503 )

    the website is working fine until i click on any category its tack much time to load and i got (Error 503 – Service Unavailable) for the most of the time. this only happen with the category pages but for product, posts and pages it work fine

    I checked my cpanel its show that the website take 100% of the CPU by just clicking on any category page.
    we even change our web hosting to much better one with 24gb of RAM and we still have this problem

    Hello,

    In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache.
    Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

    And I am unable to see the 503 error on your website.

    have you tack a look ?
    we don’t have too many plugins. we just have what its come with the theme. and as i mentioned we test the website with other theme and its work perfect.

    you unable to see the 503 error on the website?
    can you just try to browse two of the category for example
    https://www.utradefurniture.com/product-category/dining-rooms/
    https://www.utradefurniture.com/product-category/accent-furniture/

    we tested one of our category page with gtmetrix.com and it can’t even load the page.
    then we test it with other theme and everything is perfect

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all external plugins and send us your admin and FTP access? Also, provide us with your cPanel access so we can monitor your CPU loading too.

    @yosry How you fixed this issue? can you help us.

    I ame getting same issue of 503 service unable. 80% pages works perfectly but few category page gives error of 503 Service Unavailable.
