I am trying to configure the form for the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin, however, I am unsure as to how do I add a header text that is centralized similar to the one in the example (“Join our newsletter now”). I have attached the screenshot below.

Would appreciate it a lot if you may guide the custom HTML code for this.
