Lumise Design after Cart Proceed away

Hello,
i use Lumise Product Designer to design and print T-Shirts online.
Have designed nice T-Shirt. 👍
Unfortunately, I can’t get any further in the ordering process. 😢
After Cart Proceed the Design is away and the User can’t see what have designed.
How to fix it?

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

It means Woodman does not cause or influence the issue.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Lumise Product Designer
Switch to the parent theme and check the product page.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

ok, have contacted Lumise Support.
But have you please a Fix for the Checkout Product Image
Problem.
The Design Image only on Shopping Cart visible.
On next Step, Checkout, the Design Image away.
