how can I keep 2 columns for smartphone?

Hi, I am making 2columns for PC, and for some section I would like to keep 2columns
also for smartphone.
For now, somehow it changes to 1column for smartphone.
Please show me how to make it.

I had beed editting that column setting but did not work.
That is why I asked here.
