Link loading Optimizations – Preload, Preconnect, Defer, Async

    Is there a simple way to optimize the way we load resources within the theme settings? I would like to use the following for loading either stylesheets or scripts:

    -Preload
    -Preconnect
    -Defer
    -Async

    This will help me optimize the website performance. Thanks!
