Woodmart theme “Add to cart” button and quantity missing in mobile view

I have faced a very strange issue. The <form class=”cart>…</form> tag where located “Quantity” and “Add to Cart” button is missed in mobile version. In Desktop everything works fine. When we reload the web in the mobile version the buttons are missed. This issue exists on every product page, also on shop page. This is not a styling issue, because <form class=”cart>…</form> tag totally missed in source code when we trying to reach the website in mobile view.
I use WooCommerce platform.
Any propositions how can I solve it? Will be appreciated for any help.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Terribly sorry for the delay.
Please update the Woocommerce and make the full backup of your site and upload the theme folder again via Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add new > Upload.
It seems the theme has not been uploaded correctly.

Delete these folders from the core folder: https://prnt.sc/Ip_oIHNVxBT4 in addition clear the wp-content folder, delete all the folders that are not used.
Then clear the theme folder, there should be theme folders only: https://prnt.sc/acOT_5pdFtOg
As soon as you clear the folders, check the issue, if the probelm persists I will re-upload the theme.
