Dokan Email Verification it does not work

After enabling Email verification on dokan, they will send a verification email to allow users to verify their email address after the registration form is submitted.
after registration you will be redirected to my account page and automatically logged in without the email confirmation. The verification link is missing in the email.

I have checked this issue with the default WordPress theme (2022) and there is the same work as on our theme.
In both cases after registration, it redirects to the “Checkout” page and the verification link is missed in both cases also.

In general, our registration functionality comes from WooCommerce so our theme cannot influent it so I suggest you contact their support team for further solutions.

I have just tested it and I get the activation link for the default WordPress theme. Can you please test it by registering as a customer and not as a vendor.

hello, i tested it again with a different template, the activation link from dokan is sent everywhere except for the woodmart template.
I think it’s a “Alternative login mechanism” function problem:

although this function is switched off, you will be redirected to my account page without signing after registration.

it is a conflict with the Vendor Subscription module. If Enable Subscription in Registration Form, then Email Verification will not work. Problem solved 😉
