    Goodmorning, why the page for login / registration are available and the forgot/reset password are so ugly? how i can configure this page? like xtemos site?

    woodmard is a super beautiful theme, but this option don’t make any sense.

    I think you are great, please help me to solve it.

    Hello,

    Log in/Register page is the Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart does not influence it. Please check the settings in Woocommerce > Account and Privacy.

    maybe I have not explained, why is the password recovery page so bad? how can i change it? I can’t find it in the pages section … while the registration and login page, it is very beautiful and follows the theme design …

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    when I click on the Forgot password button: the redirect sends me to this link: https://teckell.store/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword&v=5d9f86dfc490

    this is not the right link…why?

    instead, on your site, if I click on the “lost password” link, it takes me to this link: https://xtemos.com/my-account/lost-password/ (which is correct)

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    I solved it, but your tip was essential, since we have active maintenance, I’ve always tried the “forgot password” button this way, but by disabling the maintenance mode plugin… everything works, thanks.
