Show Products attributes in Archive

We have a specialiced Shop for only one product category, so it is important for us to highlight the differnces between the models like weight, fabric or size. Every model has then again mand different colours.
So far we only managed to display the color variations in the archive.
Is there a way to show all other attributes as well, which are not variable within the product?

Please make sure that the Attributes that you are using on your Site have the Products tagged in them. Also, remember to have the Variable Products created for them too.
If the issue still persists after that, then please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site along with that also provide the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

If I added the attrubutes as variants then it will also show up on the product page which is confusing because there is only on option to select except for colors where there are many.
Is there a way to display the attributes on the archive page more like on the product page in the image that I have attached

The Attribute Table that you are seeing on your Product page can be hidden from the Single Product page by going to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Elements > Short Description > in that you can find the option of Show attributes table after short description > you can disable that toggle button and the Attribute table that you are seeing on the Product page will hidden: https://ibb.co/sw6q1DQ
Further, did you try the Text Swatch option for the Attribute Terms values: https://ibb.co/9cpGdBd? This might do the trick for you of making the Swatches in text form like you want.
