1- & 2- Sorry to say but the Category Description under the Theme can only be added through the simple Text way only, for which you need to edit the Category under the Dashboard > Products > Categories > there you can add the Category Description. Although, the position of the Category Description can be changed by going to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Category description position: https://ibb.co/wrvqSR4

Although, there is a Extra Description option available under the Edit Category area which can make use of to show Extra Category Description content which will show after the Product grid and this Extra Description can be styled through Rich Text Editor or you can select an HTML Block here too to show your choice of content made under the HTML Block: https://ibb.co/m5VXMt9

HTML Blocks can be made under the Dashboard > HTML Blocks with the Page Builder active on your Site.

3- Sorry to say but this seems to be a third party Plugin concern which comes under Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
