servusParticipantHello
I have created a HMTL block page in my home page to have a separate one for mobile. Unfortunately, this is not displayed and only continues to display the normal page what is the reason?November 14, 2022 at 1:01 pm #420906
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Seems that the password to the admin dashboard is incorrect, could you please update it?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have tested the mobile version on your side, for a better understanding, I have added to the mobile version a 2 figure to the title (thus when you are on mobile the title will be a little bit different).

So everything is working well.

servusParticipantHello,
but the Mobile Version I implemented with the HTML Blocks Option didn’t appear.
It shows again only the Version from the Original Site…November 15, 2022 at 11:25 am #421191
Luke NielsenKeymasterPlease check the below video, there you can see that the mobile version is applied.

servusParticipantThe problem is that I have implemented a different layout for the page using the HMTL blocks and then included them, but only the Responsive Design is displayed which was standard for the page.

Luke NielsenKeymasterOn my side, the design from the HTML block is displayed on the mobile.
https://monosnap.com/file/ZRh94AGJaXo2ty5thU5X6gyBeuzVN1
The default design has this image for the “Sei wieder selbstbewusst und stolz auf Dein volles Haar!” section:

When you edit the “Startseite Mobile” HTML block via the page builder, you can see there another image for the same section.

The below video demonstrates that the “Startseite Mobile” Html Block is enabled on mobile because you can see there the same image that is defined in the “Startseite Mobile” Html Block.

Also, you have a very similar design in the “Startseite Mobile” Html Block with the default that is on the Home page on the desktop.
If I missed something, please send me a video of the issue from your side.
Kind Regards

servusParticipantUnfortunately it doesn’t show me the correct mobile page it just shows the normal responsive page. But I have created an extra HMTL page in which I have built the icons as a carousel so that they are not under each other.
The HMTL page option should actually copy these things….

servusParticipantHere is a screenshot that shows where the problem is I have now also found out that this problem only exists when you are not logged into WordPress that is when logged in user the correct version is displayed.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue is related to cache, when you disable the “WP Rocket” plugin, you will that the HTML block appears for the non-logged users.
Please let me know if you have any questings.
Kind Regards
