Woodmart Speed Problem

    Hello, I have been using your woodmart theme for a long time and now I have mastered most of the subjects. After the recent updates to your theme, I started having a lot of speed issues. The CPU usage on a site I recently developed is so high that I couldn’t reduce it no matter what I did. I am using Nginx infrastructure. There is no hardware deficiency on my server where I manage my sites with ISPConfig. There is 32gb ram 8core processor on my server where I broadcast, and 8gm ram 8core processor on my developer server. I made improvements on the Frontend and Backend. There is no problem in the codes I wrote, they all work. I made the changes I made under the name of all development in functions.php via the child theme. I used redis cache and wp rocket plugins on my last site, gzip is active on my server. However, I still did not get any results. CPU Usage on my server is at phase. Load Avg value does not drop from 10-20. I would be glad if you could help with the issue.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme temporarily. Also, we need your SSH access so we can monitor the CPU loading in real time and see if it is caused by our theme or not.

    Even when there is no load at the moment, the value is at 4.48. When 5-10 people enter, it’s around 10-12 on average. Under normal conditions, that value should remain at maximum 3.

    Do you have an opinion on the subject? The cpu goes crazy when there is a request to the site 🙂

    Hello again, I have all my backups. As you said, I removed all the extra plugins and switched to the main theme. Currently, only woocommerce, woodmart core and wp bakery plugins are active on the site, but the result is still the same.

    Your problem with server high loading is not related to our theme. As you can see, no matter if the WoodMart theme is active or not it has the same average loading.

    The problem is then like in the woocommerce plugin, I don’t think there is a problem with my server. There is no such problem on my servers where your theme and many websites with different themes are published with the same server settings.

    We don’t know exactly what is it caused by. Maybe you have some configuration problems with WooCommerce. Try to contact WooCommerce support for help on this matter.

    We would be happy to help but we don’t know what exactly it could be. You can try Cloudways or Kinsta hosting for example and test how it works there.
