Sorry to hear about the inconvenience, although this specific isn’t Theme related because the Permalinks options are provided by WP end. So, you might want to consult the WP Support in this regard.

Further, under the same Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > you can find the Optional area > there you can define the Category and P\oduct category base > so you can check that too to change them: https://snipboard.io/kqOpyx.jpg
