    Dear support,

I am using the TM Extra Product Options plugin to give the customer the ability to customize the final product (Add embroidery, text, or logo).

I would like to know if I can disable AJAX Add to cart functionality only if the visitor checks one of two checkboxes for embroidery (see screenshot).

A method that I thought of is using jquery to listen for changes to the input fields and disable AJAX functionality.

    The e-shop is LIVE.

    Best regards,
    Stergios

    Hello,

Sorry to say that, but such customization is not included in our support. In this case, I suggest you disable the ” AJAX Add to cart” only for the product page by using our theme presets.

Here is documentation on how to use theme presets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

I wanted to know if it is possible to achieve such a thing in general, because disabling it for all users would have a negative impact on the UX.

Only a tiny percent choose to include embroidery and I want to make it work for them.

    Thank you for your answer.

    Best regards,
    Stergios

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately, in general, it’s not possible because most likely something will break due to such customization.

You can also reach out to us if you have any questions.

    Kind Regards
