Woodmart + polylang + polylang for wooccommerce

Hello!
I’m using woodmart, I have online shop, I tried polylang plugin to make it multilangual, it works for pages and blog posts, but for wooccommerce, I had to add 1 more plugin “Polylang for Wooccommerce” to translate categories and product pages. There is a problem. Product pages are translated as it should be, I also translated categories, but it doesn’t link to each other. for example: I have category called “gardening”, I go in that category and added translation page for it named “gardening-eng”, when I log in on this gardening-eng, it is there, but when I try to switch languages, website redirects me on main page, it means website can’t see that these 2 pages are same but on other languages. for products everything works, for blog posts, pages everything is well, but product categories don’t link to each other…

This is not my first time working with polylang and polylang for woo, I have done this before and it was working, but I its first time I try it on woodmart theme. does it have any problem with polylang?

I even cant make a ticket and I see how admins answer other topics, but ignore this one. idk why? nobody has any clue?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I’m curently using it on another website and it is working. I translated all categories, only 1 category is working , I mean when I press change language it stays on same category but in another language, in other category cases, when I press change language, it forces me back to homepage

Please, test how it works on the website where you face the problem. And send us a short video if it works with the default theme so we can then compare it with WoodMart.

i have also the same problem after the current update i cannot use ploy lang although it was wortking fine earlier , need some support on this
