Search bar message ” No result found”

    hello , I have an issue while searching for products that always show a message ” No result found ” however under this message show the results as on the image attached.

    Hi,

    First of all Please configure the search result such as product, https://ibb.co/TgGszfz

    If the problem remains I will suggest you try to use the “Relevanssi for AJAX search” via Theme Settings -> Shop.

    I did all of that and still the same issue … I have no issue in the result but I have issue that the message always appears.

    First of all please update the theme to the new version WOODMART THEME – NEW UPDATE 7.1.2.

    We have disabled our AJAX search so the Relevanssi search is active now. Please, test how it works from your end now.

    still didn’t resolve the issue but also no results are showing now (attached picture)

    Hello,

    As we can see, this extra “No result found” text is injected by the Relevanssi plugin. Here is a screenshot that proves this https://gyazo.com/e59fb3aa314908e9df7fe6aa6d0dc3a1
    You need to either disable this option in the plugin configuration or contact developers for help on this matter.
