    Hi. I tried multiple times to import prebuilt website but the demo is not importing properly. Please look into this.

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Kindly, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Also, please mention which Demo you want to import on your Site (share that Demo link too if possible) with which Page Builder plugin either Elementor or WPBakery so that we can try import that on your Site.

    I dont understand why this is happening but your support isnt helping at all. The demo you imported is still faulty. Not properly installed no products imported no categories. I am trying to change mobile logo it isnt changing. I wasnt commenting or leaving a review on envato marketplace because i thought you might solve the issue here. But its getting frustrating now. Please update me soon. I cant wait more. Thanks
