YouTube videos are small on the live page. All the settings are set to 100% on the backend. The videos were larger BEFORE the last update 7.1.4. How can we make the videos larger again?

    Hello,

The video is scaled in the same way as the images are.

You can set the video on the background to make it full width. You can find the option in the row/section settings.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

Nope…let’s try to explain it another way so you understand.

All page/row settings are the same for video and images. See screenshots below. The recent UPDATE made the video small. We have changed nothing. Reading the forum notes you had the same problem back in 2022. PLEASE FIX IT again for 2023!!!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY…We have changed nothing…the update code is different!

    Hello,

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Best Regards

AGAIN still not solving the problem. Look at this page, and see the images rows and the video rows have the same full width, but the video are tiny and NOT the same size as the images. PLEASE FIX!!

    Hello,

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

We have already done all of this ourselves during the nighttime hours BEFORE we submitted the support ticket. Our website gets 10,000 visitors a day, you DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION to deactivate the theme or plugins.

What you CAN DO is the inspect element on the page coding itself to troubleshoot in realtime your code.

    Hello,

I have not access to your site. I did not and I could not touch anything on your site.

if you do not want to test the live site, make a copy and move to the testing department.

Then deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards
