Please once check if you have enabled the Portfolios to be edited with Page Builder under their Settings.
If you are using Elementor, then please check under the Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > General tab > Post Types.
If you are using WPBakery, then please check under the Dashboard > WPBakery > Role Manager.
If you have enabled it from there and are still facing issues then kindly please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.
