Base Price does not update when added product add-ons or extra options
-
Hello,
I’m using the Woodmart WP premium theme, and I have some issues with the YITH Product add-ons and extra options plugin.
– Base price is not updating. I mean, I see the new calculated price before the “add to cart button,” but the main price is not updating.
– When I use Sticky Add to cart, a lot of information from YITH Product add-ons and extra options plugin are added
Is there a way to fix these issues? Thanks

Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Send us a screenshot, please.
As for the sticky add to cart module, it is not compatible with this plugin, unfortunately.
Regards
hey, Thanks for your reply.
I test it with Storefront theme and it works
Tested with same active plugins both woodmart and storefront
( private content )
Thank you.
Hello,
Try to disable the custom layout for the single product page in WoodMart -> Layouts and check how it works. Let us know about the result.
Kind Regards
hello,
The price is updating in single product standard layout, but I really need a custom layout for my kind of products.
The custom payout was created with Woodmart Layout feature, so I don’t get why it doesn’t work.
In custom layout, I tryied to use both Woocommerce and Xtemos “Product Price” elements but none of them work.
What can I do?
Thanks
Hello,
If it works with the default layout only then it means that the plugin uses a special JS selector to find the price and update it. But since when you build the layout with Elementor you change the product page structure the plugin’s code can’t find this price to update it. We can’t do anything in this situation. You need to consult with your plugin’s developer and ask how can you change the selector when using a custom layout.
Kind Regards
Hello,
I actually just found out that a custom single-product layout built with Elementor works perfectly fine and solved a lot of compatibility issues I had using woodmart layouts.
Thank you for the support anyway.
Chiara.
